- I’m Joe and my primary focus is on making sure invoices are being sent and paid through our chosen software.
- Being able to build new relationships with clients. We regularly communicate with clients whether it’s on the phone or in person.
- We aren’t like your normal accountancy firms. Our more relaxed and friendly environment makes us more approachable, without losing our professionalism.
- We prioritise more urgent tasks, so nothing is ever left until the last minute. We also send regular requests for any information we need and depending on the client’s needs. We tend to split tasks equally between us, improving time management and our attention to detail.
- Everything at Velocity is paperless which is the way that accountancy is very much leading. This means that once other accountancy firms catch on, we will be one step ahead of most, ultimately making it quicker and easier for clients to get their accounts organised.
Fun fact about yourself:
Up until 2021, I was a high board diver for Great Britain where I won many national and international medals against others my age.
