What’s your name and what role do you play at Velocity Accounting?
I’m Katie and I am an Accounts Assistant and Payroll administrator at Velocity Accounting.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love working closely with clients and getting to really know them and their business, allowing us to put the processes in place to get their business running as smoothly as possible. Watching those businesses evolve and grow really makes the job worthwhile.
Why do you think Velocity Accounting stands out from other accountancy firms?
I think that the relationships we build with our clients is really the thing that sets us apart from the rest. We fully commit and invest in every client’s journey.
How do you make sure each client gets the help they need for their unique financial situation?
For us, it’s all about communication! Understanding exactly what it is you need from us. This way we can make sure we have the correct sotware and tools in place to fit you and your business. Also having a team that is experienced and knowledgeable in all areas really helps put our clients at ease.
How does Velocity Accounting keep up with changes in the industry to provide the best service possible?
As a company we strive to educate ourselves and keep up to date with new products and software. We regularly attend webinars and expos to help us better understand ways in which we can benefit our clients’ businesses.
